'Freedom Day' - 19th July 2021

So with the majority of restrictions lifting on the 19th July 2021 in the UK, there will be some new rules in place for your appointments. Please read the below thoroughly before your appointment so that you're aware of any necessary changes and how I intend on keeping my clients safe during their appointments.


MASKS - Clients are no longer required to wear a mask for the duration of their appointment. However, should a client feel more comfortable wearing one then this is perfectly fine! I shall continue to wear a mask at the client's request, so if you would rather me still wear one during your appointment then please let me know before your appointment.


LATERAL FLOW TESTS - In order to keep my clients as safe as possible I will continue to perform lateral flow tests at least twice a week. These will be performed Sunday and Wednesday evenings.


TEST AND TRACE - If the client or anyone in the client's household have been contacted by the NHS TEST AND TRACE app then I cannot enter the house to perform a treatment. This is my own choice as I want to try and keep myself, my family and the rest of my clients as safe as possible with minimum exposure. If you or anyone in your household are contacted by the NHS Test and Trace app then please let me know ASAP so that your appointment can be rescheduled.


COVID-19 SYMPTOMS -

If the client or anyone in the client's household have symptoms of covid-19 then I please ask you to reschedule your appointment, as same as before I wish to keep my exposure as minimal as possible so that I can keep myself, my family and the rest of my clients as safe as possible. If I arrive at your house for your appointment and discover anyone in the household has Covid-19 symptoms, then your appointment/treatment will be refused.


PATCH TESTING - If you have had Covid-19, had a Covid-19 vaccination, or have had to isolate at all since your last Tint/Lash Lift/Brow Lamination treatment, you will require a new patch test. This is due to Covid-19 increasing sensitivity to products used in these treatments. Patch Tests are completely free of charge and take approximately 1-2 minutes to do, you're treatment cannot be performed without a new patch test, so please let me know ASAP if any of the above apply to you so that I can schedule a patch test for you.


CHANGES TO CLIENT'S HEALTH - Just like last time. if you have had any changes to your health (there will be a list of examples below), you must let me know before your treatment takes place. This is because certain products may react with any medication or treatment you could be taking, or as above you may need a new patch test. Examples of change of health are: Pregnancy, miscarriage, breastfeeding, new medication, new diagnosis of illness, any vaccinations (including: Contraceptive, flu or Covid-19) or becoming a vegan. Any changes to medical health will need to be recorded on your client consultation card, these will be carried with me at all client appointments, so please just ask for it for you to update it if you need to.
